The driver was charged for Aggravated Vehicular Homicide: 2903.06 (A)(1)(a), and 2903.06 (B)(2)(a), as well as for OVI: 4511.19(A)(1)(a), and 4511.19(G)(1)(d) on August 5, 2020, and was scheduled to appearance in front of Judge Jillian Boone, on August 10, 2020.
